In Full Colour we have spent years manufacturing our products in Italy and designing them in Spain. We use high quality materials so our pantyhose and socks last longer and don’t break. The quality controls our products go through are intended to offer you the best.
2. ¿HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is free if your order is greater than or equal to €35. If you do not reach this amount, shipping costs wary depending on your destination:
- Spain and Portugal: €4.50
- Balearic and Canary Islands: €3
- Europe: €5
3. ¿WHAT IS THE SIZE OF MY PANTYHOSE?
We make all our pantyhose in several sizes. To know which size will best suit you, check the following chart: If you are still not sure about your size you may send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you.
4. ¿WHAT IS THE SIZE OF MY SOCKS?
We have one unique size (4½-6) for women socks while we have two for males: L (6-8 UK size) and XL (8½ - 11).
5. ¿WHAT IF I WANT FULL COLOUR TO SHIP MY PRODUCTS OUT OF SPAIN??
We only ship our products to countries member of the European Union but we suggest you to contact us by email to email@example.com

8. ¿WHERE IS MY ORDER?
The minute we send out your order, we will provide you with a tracking number that you will be able to use any time to know where your products are. You will have to consult your tracking number in your shipper’s webpage.
9. ¿WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We go as fast as we can and usually the products leave our warehouse within the two first days of receiving your order. After this, depending on the shipper, time may vary depending on destination and dates.
- Spain and Portugal: 2 working days
- Balearic and Canary Islands: 3-4 working days
- Europe: 6-10 working days
Please, keep in mind that there are dates like Christmas where shipping may suffer delays.
10. ¿WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET?
If the estimated delivery time has passed and you have not received your order, please get in contact with us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help personally you.
11. ¿ I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WHILE ORDERING, WHAT CAN I DO?
If you need to make any changes (address, products or billing information), please contact us ( email@example.com). We will do as much as we can to help you.
Please read the following closely if the problem is related to the payment. The POS payment platform may occasionally not accept the payment with certain cards. In any case, cancel the payment because it is important to maintain the maximum security regarding online payments. Please, contact your bank before trying again and keep in mind you also have the possibility to pay with PayPal through an invitation account without having to register. In this case you should not have any problems and it is an absolutely secure way to pay.
